PC Controlled Bench Machine
The RWE Micro-PC is
a PC Controlled bench model with an up-to-date miniature PC and
incorporates the famous RUFF Modular System with 24 interchangeable
standard heads.It is designed with modern hi-tech components: PLC
Control, 3-phase electronic motor for winding head drive, servomotor
for core drive. Pentinum III PC, Interface for printer and much more.
After input of the winding data the PLC will automatically set up the
winding program: the pitch and turns are first calculated for each
single layer, then displayed on the PC-window and finally autoamtically
changed from layer to layer during the production. The very
sophisticated software fullfills the highest operator requirements
whatsoever. The floppy disc-system enables flexible data management.
Teach-in but RWE MICRO-PC are all usual and especially difficult
applications.
