PLC Controlled Mini Machine for Small Cores
The Mini-Standard
is a Hi-tech MINI Machine with PLC Control and a LCD display module
with 2 text lines and incorporates the famous RUFF modular system with
10 interchangeable heads and 3 roller tables from the MINI Machine
line. It is designed with modem hi-tech components; PLC control
servomotor for head drive, servomotor for core drive, interface for PC
and printer and much more. It is also incorporates RUFF's revolutionary
machine drive technology. After input of the winding data the PLC will
automatically setup the winding program: the load turns and start pitch
are calculated and shown on the display screen. Teach in buttons and an
operator joystick enable to improve the winding program at any time.
The user friendly PLC software guides the operator thru the programming
with clear text commands. Typical jobs for the Mini-Standard are all
general and espacially sophisticated winding applications.
